Amazing! I actually was awake and focused all day and no cravings for soda. Drank water most of the day at work and didn’t feel for snacks. This is my first time trying Yerba Mate, though I’ve been hearing about it for years. I wfh and every day around 1-3pm I experience a crash after lunchtime.

This product is a 10/10!! I still can’t believe that it does what it says it’s gonna do.. this product literally gives me sustainable energy & also CURBS MY APPETITE!! Which is unbelievable because I’m always hungry never turning down any food! Period! I took this stuff right before work & when I took it I had a honey bun that’s it!! 8 hours go by… IM NOT HUNGRY AT ALL.. y’all I’m still in shock cuz I work at a warehouse so I’m constantly moving meaning I’m gonna be hungry a lot. Smh I literally had to MAKE myself eat when I got home . I didn’t even have an appetite for food at all but I had to make myself eat. This product is amazing that’s why it’s so pricey. First and foremost, the peach mango…it taste amazing. It is delicious, It is really refreshing, and not overly sweet. You don’t need to add any extra sweetener or anything. It is not bitter or grainy; And I really like the way it makes me feel. I like the natural energy it gives. It speeds me up and slows me down at the same time. Meaning it slows down the mental chatter so that I can be present enough to get more done physically. Another great thing, Absolutely No crash! I have only been drinking it for three days so far but within these last three days, I have not got a coffee. You have to understand when I say I love my coffee. And I keep espresso in my home. I’m an espresso girl, DOUBLE SHOT with oat milk please lol and I have not had a coffee drink or any espresso in these last three days. Oh and I am the mom of a two-year-old “professional wrestler” by the way lol So I need all the energy I can get to keep up with her, while still being able to focus, and while still being able to multitask.
