Shipping and Delivery

We prepare all orders between 1-3 business days. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships. Our average delivery times range between 7-10 Business Days. Deliveries can be faster, but are subject to delays due to ongoing COVID-19 manufacturing limitations.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Phantorra does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

ORDER ALTERATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

RETURNS  

Eligible items may be returned via mail. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.

    All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order number.

    You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

    A notification email will be sent out when a store credit is processed. If you are returning an item for store credit it will be reviewed upon receipt and a credit will be issued if approved.

    Returns 
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you store credit or an exchange. 

    To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order, send us an email at support@dripdynasty.co.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
